Sesame Seed Brown Rice Cookies


  • 120g ecoBrown’s Rice (Cooked)
  • 70g Jati Glutinous Rice Flour
  • 70g water
  • 10g sesame oil
  • 1g salt
  • 2g black pepper
  • 3g black & white sesame seed


  1. Place cooked brown rice, water, sesame seed, salt and black pepper into a food processor and blend to become paste.
  2. Mix in sesame seeds and combine well.
  3. Prepare a baking tray by lining with parchment paper, weigh the paste to 60g and flatten into disk.
  4. Preheat oven to 180°C for 20 minutes and bake until crispy.
