Ingredients:

• 110g ecoBrown’s Pure Wholegrain Rice Powder
• 2 tbsp milk powder
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 60g icing sugar
• 60g Australian Star Butter
• 2 tsp orange zest
• 2 eggs
• 10g oats
• 50g Dr. Oetker Nona Dried Mixed Fruit

Method:

1. Combine ecoBrown’s Pure Wholegrain Rice Powder, milk powder, baking powder and baking soda into a bowl and put aside.
2. Mix butter and brown sugar until fluffy then put orange flavor.
3. Beat in eggs. Whisk in all the dry ingredients, Dr. Oetker Nona Dried Mixed Fruit and oats. Transfer the mixture into 7×7 inch baking pan.
4. Preheat oven to 160°c and bake for 30 minutes or until done.
